Subscriptions and service packages

Each subscription and session package is described on its service page, including the scope, duration, price, payment method and renewal terms.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session by emailing contact@asyncveil.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations may forfeit that session. To stop an ongoing subscription, use the cancellation link in your account or email us before the next billing date.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are given only for unused prepaid sessions or the unused part of a subscription. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service, you may withdraw under consumer protection rules. If you expressly agree to immediate performance, the right to withdraw from that service is waived.

Recurring billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on the stated cycle until cancelled. You will be charged using the payment method on file. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless the service is defective or not as described.

Consumer rights

This policy follows the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 12 May 1991 (as amended), which gives consumers a 14-day withdrawal right and allows that right to be waived when you expressly consent to immediate performance of services.
